Stay connected even when your primary internet connection is unavailable with the TP-Link TL-MR3420 3G/4G Wireless N Router. Designed to turn a compatible 3G/4G USB modem or dongle into a shared Wi-Fi hotspot, this versatile router is ideal for homes, small offices, shops, and locations where mobile broadband is an important internet option.

The TL-MR3420 supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi on the 2.4GHz band, delivering wireless speeds of up to 300Mbps. It can share a compatible USB mobile-broadband connection with multiple wireless devices, while TP-Link’s current product information states support for up to 32 connected devices.

For added flexibility, the router also supports a conventional wired WAN connection. Its 3G/4G and WAN failover capability allows the router to switch between mobile broadband and wired internet, helping maintain connectivity when the primary connection goes down.

The hardware includes one USB 2.0 port for compatible 3G/4G USB modems, one 10/100Mbps WAN port, and four 10/100Mbps LAN ports. It also features two detachable 5dBi antennas, WPS/Reset, wireless on/off, and power buttons.

For network management, the TL-MR3420 supports features such as bandwidth control, parental controls, access control, QoS/WMM, guest networking, port forwarding, UPnP, DMZ, IPv4/IPv6, and firewall protection on applicable hardware/firmware versions.
