With the Tapo app, you can check your camera remotely, receive notifications when activity is detected, and communicate through the camera’s built-in microphone and speaker. The camera also supports baby-cry detection, making it particularly useful as an affordable baby monitor or nursery camera.
Its 850nm infrared night vision provides visibility in darkness up to approximately 40 ft / 12 m, while customizable activity and privacy zones help you focus monitoring on the areas that matter.
For recording, the C100 supports a microSD card of up to 512GB on the current specification, with cloud storage also available through Tapo Care where supported. The camera connects over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and also supports RTSP and ONVIF for compatible third-party systems.
